The hotel is located located right next to the Old Town, a 15 min walk from the Salt Bath District and Meidan square, in an area with numerous other hotels. Our room and bathroom were spacious. Bedding was good. We appreciated the heating as nights were getting colder. Staff is friendly. They understand English. Breakfast buffet was tasty, not large but different each day, with local dishes. Attention points : the walk to the hotel is uphill and there's no elevator. Parking your car in the streets is feasable. We had plenty of space. The steepness of the street of the hotel is abit of a challenge. The positive side of these challenges is the nice view over the town from your room.

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel in Tbilisi and it was a fantastic experience. The location is super convenient, right on the bus route from the airport (Bus 337), and it's an easy walk to the old town and the Peace Bridge. The hotel itself felt almost brand new with its chic and modern interior. I loved my room - it was both stylish and comfortable, especially the bed. The staff were amazing; they were always helpful and made my stay really special. The breakfast here was a highlight each morning, offering a great selection of fresh and tasty options. As someone who often travels for work, I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the quiet spaces where I could catch up on emails. It's also worth mentioning how clean and well-maintained everything was. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

Everything is perfect at Family Hotel Avlabar. It is conveniently located near the city centre and you can reach almost all tourist places on foot. There is free parking available for the car, too. Rooms are nice and very comfortable. You have your own bathroom, fridge, big bed, TV and have access to hairdryer, electric kettle, tea and coffee. The owner is a big-hearted person, who will recommend you some nice places and help with everything what is needed. Strongly recommend this hotel to everyone! Very good price/quality balance.
