We stayed at Lamala for three nights and had the very best hotel experience during our Georgia trip. The location at the bottom of the valley at the foot of the mountain is absolutely outstanding. At Lamala you will meet the warmest, kindest and most helpful host and staff you could ever dream of. Every room has it’s own balcony and is nice and clean. The hosts are incredible—the most kind, welcoming, and generous people. They took such good care of us and made us feel like family. All the meals we had were hearty and made with love. It’s also the most beautiful location in all of Georgia, absolutely unbeatable. There is brilliant hiking and stunning views.
