The house is located 2 streets away from the beach, 150 meters away. We had the ground floor apartment so we had also a big terrace. There is fully equipped kitchen and a Nespresso machine. Big bathroom and big living room. AC in all the rooms, so easy to have a cool day.

Amazing place, on the roof of a wonderful villa. The roof apartment is surrounded by trees and it gives you such a sense of peace as you ve never felt before. Also ot provides seclusion. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen has everything. The big TV and the fast Internet are a major plus. But the most amazing thing is the shower cabin which is right on the back of the apartment. You can shower and watch the stars!! It's beautiful! Mrs Anni is an excellent host! Also the beach is just 50m away from the property. I recommend this apartment to everyone who want to feel at home while away from home.

We were given breakfast in paper bags because we left at 5am to catch our flight. That has never happened before, We were thoroughly impressed with their "breakfast-to-go" service. We were also given another room because the first room had a faulty door lock.

I really liked the location and the staff. The hotel offers basic accommodations, but it’s very clean and right on the beach. There’s a beautiful tree out front with café tables set up underneath—it’s the perfect spot for a beachside breakfast or lunch.

Location is very calm, hotel is right on the private beach with nice beach bar and free deck chairs for guessts. About 3min walking there is a boat departure from where you can take boat right to the centre of Thessaloniki (about 20min long cruise). Food was really good, amazing variety and also a lot of typical greek foods 👍 But what I personally appreciate the most is the stuff. Everybody was so nice, always smiling, very patient and so polite. I will miss this place and I can really recommend :)

    This apartment has more than you will ever need for your stay in Thessaloniki area. Location is perfect, just 15 min from airport, but without the noise of planes. Just a few meters to a sandy beach without a crowd. Fully blackout rooms to sleep longer as usual, perfect kitchen to enjoy preparing meals. Top deal for the price.

    Location is fantastic! Rooms are very clean, our room has a beautiful view. Beach is few meters away. Service is excellent, and Maria is so friendly and welcoming and supportive!     Very clean hotel with nice pool area. Breakfast was positive suprise, lot of different kind of food, but it is mainly same in every morning. Location is 100 from yhe beach and there is markets and restaraunts near by. It is really easy and cheap to travel with local bus, if you want to go city center of somewhere else.

    The hotel is very handy if you need a cheap one close to the airport for a late arrival or early departure, as it's very easily accessible. The location in front of the sea is also very good. For late arrival, having received all the info, with access code, etc. was very handy too. The bathroom has been recently renovated and looked quite new.
