Such a clean and cozy flat with some brand new furniture. The best thing about the flat was its cleanliness. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the seaside, and there are plenty of nice places to eat nearby. The flat is well-equipped with two air conditioners, a coffee machine, lots of free coffee capsules, a kettle, as well as an iron and a washing machine. There were more than enough clean towels for everyone. The owner, Alexandros, was extremely kind and helpful. He was always reachable whenever we needed something and even texted us daily to check if everything was okay. Street parking is free, although it can sometimes take a bit of time to find a spot, you can always find one close to the flat, so it’s not really an issue. I definitely recommend this place if you’re planning to visit Alexandroupoli.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect stay at Sia’s Apartment! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The apartment was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed yet peaceful and quiet for relaxing evenings. Janis was an exceptional host: warm, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Small touches like fresh towels, toiletries, and a fully stocked kitchen made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area—it’s easily one of the best stays we’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. The house is in a great location, 5 minutes walk to all of the great restaurants. The house is very clean, everything is brand new ( maybe a newer bed would be better :)) House owner is fast on reply, you can contact them for any questions you have. Because the house is on the main road there might be a little noise coming from outside, we weren't bothered but might want to keep that in mind as well.
