The property owner met us on arrival and was around and about throughout our stay. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great location to enjoy evening sunsets. We couldn't fault the stay and were more than happy and will return.

Could not have picked a better place to stay since we had a rental car. It's a short 10 mins drive from the city - but we only went to the city once and it was enough. Located right next to the best beach, and beach bars. The view at any time of the day is fantastic and you can hear the sea (sometimes people and music). The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

What a pleasure to stay at the stylish Casatino Villas during a recent trip to the Kalamata /Mani area. The villas are beautiful! They have been very well designed - the style is elegant and contemporary and they have a very tasteful vibe. The facilities are all excellent - from the fab private pool to the gorgeous bathroom... They are located on a quiet private road and are a few mins drive to Zen Rocks (wellness/yoga/retreat location) and for a classy meal, we had Sea Rocks resort a few mins drive away. The little harbour of Kitries is charming and just 6 mins drive... it is a lovely location! Host Evan is excellent and on hand for any help and great tips. My friend and I had a villa each and it felt very luxurious esp as the price was v reasonable for such a good size space. We both aim to come back!

View was incredible, swimming pool fab size, loved the privacy and quietness and absence of children, bed & linen was super comfortable, room was lovely & large, tv, good sized fridge, kitchenette , shower gel etc Fabulous fresh orange juice for breakfast each day:) Kindness of the manager George. Also his help and concern when husband was unwell with a cold. The grounds were lovely maintained with flowers, herbs, fruit, olive trees and organic tomatoes that were available.

The host was very friendly and helpful and provided recommendations for our stay around Kalamata. The host was personally present during the breakfast, ensuring that we had everything and also to provide some social ambiance. The pools and jaccuzzi were readily available for the children to use and they enjoyed it, even though we visited in month of November. Overall, it was a great stay.

The apartment was great! It was very clean and had everything that we needed. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with eggs, yogurt, and cake. Fantastic. The owner responded us very quickly and even allowed a late check out.

    It is a very clean appartement,fantastic for families with children. You even find games to play for the children. To the sea it is just across the road. It is a stone beach,but the sea water is amazingly clean with great trees along the beach and a lot of shade. We can warmly recommend the apartment,you find everything you need.

    The studio was fully equipped, very clean at a very quiet location. Beautiful garden with a lovely view of the sea and the mountains. The kitchen was missing absolutely nothing. Coffee, jam, water, bread, even easter eggs were offered! A lovely welcome from Mrs Nitsa and her husband. We loved it!

    The location is great, especially if you have a car then you have even more places to go near-by. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, very comfortable and can easily accommodate all the needs of a long-term stay! The lady that manages the booking and the property was very helpful, we had great communication and was truly happy to host us -it meant a lot to us to have such a blissful experience for our holidays.
