The apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay in Thessaloniki. Bright, modern, and very clean, with comfortable beds and a fully functional kitchen. The location is excellent – close to restaurants, cafés, and the center. We especially appreciated the small touches like coffee capsules and bottled water upon arrival. The host was very kind and attentive, giving us useful tips about the city and checking in to make sure everything was fine. We felt welcome and at home from the first moment. Definitely a place we would return to!

This is probably the best hotel I ever stayed in, anywhere in the world. The attentiveness and professionalism of absolutely every staff member - is beyond imaginable. Ask something one day - the next day an absolutely different reception shift which you never saw - greets you like they know you for weeks and remembers everything you ever asked during previous days from different reception personnel. And no - there's no "let me check in the computer", they just know! Breakfast personnel - yes, they know what you like, from your previous morning there (and, BTW, breakfast until 11am is a great idea). Everyone speaks perfect English, everyone is always smiling. No idea what's the secret there, but this place is managed in an absolutely perfect way.

You really cannot fault this hotel. It is located in the heart of the city on the waterfront, hence the views, has a modern look and feel, good sized rooms with all that a good hotel must offer to its guests: bathrobes, slippers, kits, very good selection of drinks and snacks in the minibar. Very nice new hotel in the best area of Thessaloniki. 3 minutes from Aristotelous Square, 1 minute to the waterfront promenade. Walking distance from all the main sites. On a quiet pedestrian street with great restaurants. Lovely shops, cafes nearby. We stayed in the junior suite. The bed was very comfortable. The room was nicely furnished, with lots of room for our belongings. The shower, toilet, and sink were separated, which was very convenient as well. Our pet chihuahua was welcome. There were bowls for his food and water and some treats. The breakfast was very nice and served in the main restaurant. The service in the hotel and the restaurant was superb. We felt very welcome. I loved the warmth of the typical Greek hospitality. We were with our car and it was great that we could pull up to the hotel, have the staff help us with our luggage and then park our car. We highly recommend this lovely hotel and we will definitely be back.
