Pefect location accessible to all the best bits if the island. Mandrakia is a short walk down the road (Medusa is the family run taverna there) and Sarakiniko a longer walk from behind Mandrakia cocktail bar (say hi to Lazerous). A car makes everything easier as taxis are expensive. Adamas port is 10 mins by car with a supermarket en route. Plaka is a similar distance with pretty streets and boutique shops. Lovely food basket and thoughtful items were in the fridge on arrival. We used the food basket as a picnic basket when we were out! Constant communication with hosts on recommendations. They were so generous - Nicos brought us freshly baked cheese pies one day! Amazing attention to detail on the interiors and a glorious view to the sea from the bed. The balcony and covered veranda were worth paying a little more for.

Ohh my gosh, the was the most incredible spot!!! We felt so lucky we managed to get this for a couple of nights. WHAT A SPOT! Beautifully clean, well thought out, and an incredibly generous food/fruit hamper was left for us. This was a magical stay in a stunning part of Milos. 12/10, you won't regret booking this!!

Truly a beautiful property, everything was finished to a high standard and we felt super comfortable here. Having a private pool and the courtyard area was a highlight, so lovely to relax there! Chris was great from the first moment I booked until I checked out. We were there for our anniversary and he helped me prepare some nice surprises for my wife as well! He even helped me with my transportation from and to the airport. We were there for 2 nights but it felt like it was 2 weeks. The room is very clean and new, the whole building and experience is "smart", e-checkin, code to enter the house/hotel, pre-order of breakfast (online as well), implicit online instructions (by email) on how to access the room the first day of arrival, facilities that help you cook or prepare your breakfast (everything in excellent condition), written guidelines on how to operate the room!! Room is very close to the port of Adamas, walking distance of 10-15min. Beach in front of the room is not the nicest on the island (close to the port) but it is enough for a quick swim.

We absolutely loved our time here!!! It was exactly what we were looking for. The property is beautiful and with a very authentic feel. The room was beautiful, with the right amount of modern updates but warm and seaside town touches. It was spacious, airy, and comfortable. We had breakfast every morning by the owners and it was absolutely delicious. We really felt a warm welcome from the owner and he was so kind to us during our whole stay. They provide airport pickup/drop off for free which was amazing. The location couldnt be more perfect. It is a lovely 7 min walk into town of Adamas, but far enough away from the bustle. Very convenient. Overall 10/10 for price and expectation! Loved it here!

    Great location with amazing views towards Sarakiniko. You have to drive on a dirt/cement road to get to the property, but it is in good condition, so not a problem at all. It is very quiet and peaceful and we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evenings. The breakfast was amazing, everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Definitely recommended and would definitely visit again!

    We have been to Milos before and this location was amazing especially to be close to Mandrakia. The house was exceptional and there was nothing more you could want for including food and drink supplies on arrival. The Manager (Drosos) was unbelievable. He really made our stay so enjoyable. There was nothing he could not help us with from where to go, how the house works, check in and check out, cleaning during our stay. Absolutely amazing.

    The location was perfect. It was very quiet and relaxing. The view of the sea was breathtaking. Sarakiniko beach was minutes away by car. The breakfast that was offered every morning was very good and definitely a plus. The waiter who served us was very nice. We will definitely come back. In all the property is beautiful.We do recommend to rent car or other mode.of transportation to get to other places on the island.

    We loved our stay at this little house in Mandrakia - the location was just gorgeous with fantastic views and plenty of places to swim nearby. The house was spotless and comfortable and very well equipped. We would highly recommend staying here (and thought Mandrakia was a fantastic place on the island to stay in general- it is so picturesque and just has a lovely relaxed ambiance).

    Amazing view, and location very close to natural rocky beach. The room was big, with a small kitchen and rudimentary equipments. Very calm place, ideal to rest and disconnect.
