The apartment is a part of a beautiful house with big garden. Newly renovated and well furnished. There is fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom and luxury bathroom. Location is very quiet and in the same time only a few minutes by car to Potamos beach or to Epanomi town. The owners of the property Lena and Giannis are fantastic hosts, very friendly and kind. It’s very clean, and the house is just perfect for families. It was a big pleasure for us to stay there. I recommend! The hosts are also very kind. It is 4 minutes away from beach by car. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is huge. The yard outside is appropriate for kids. We spent a perfect time there.

Great location for us and our 2 giant schnauzers, quiet neighbourhood, 600 meters from a nice beach and a very good fish tavern. Two minutes drive to the centre where we found shops with everything we needed: cold beer, tasteful gyros, nice cheese pie, fresh fruits, great frappe. There is a perfect place for every time of the day either on the 2 teraces and the frontyard where there is planty of natural shade. Excellent comunication with the owner who helped us greatly from the very beginning. Definitely a place where us and our dogs will come back.

We were staying in the villa for 6 days and it was a wonderful experience. The villa is surprisingly big and the town and the ones around were great. I would suggest to get yourself a car, so you can explore especially Thessaloniki is like 20-25 min drive. I would definitely recommend the villa to friends and family and hopefully we’ll be back!

Very intimate with a lot of green space and shadow from the sun, they have a nice barbecue also. A lot of places around with good food and very reasonable prices. The house was very clean and with good quality beds, you have everything for a dream destination when you consider the price.

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice and well-equipped house with a stunning view of the sea and Mount Olympus. The owners were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly — truly made us feel at home from the start. The village itself is very peaceful, perfect if you're looking to relax and disconnect. One of our favourite spots was the garden, with its BBQ area and the beautiful wooden pizza oven — ideal for slow summer evenings with good food. Nea Kallikrateia is the closest town for groceries, tavernas, and a beach (not the best beach in Chalkidiki, but definitely convenient and does the job). Plus, the location is only 5 minutes from the highway, so it’s a great base for exploring the rest of Chalkidiki. All in all, a charming place to stay if you want calm surroundings and a bit of that authentic Greek village vibe.
