The apartment is excellent, new, clean, everything is exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts are very kind and happy to meet guests. It is equipped for a stay with all the necessary things. Bed linen and towels are changed every four days. The beach is very close to the apartment.

The hostess, friendly and benevolent, hospitable, greeted us with a warm smile! We were all treated to ice cream and delicious wine, trifles but very nice! The house is cozy with all the amenities! We recommend it for seed couples with children, it is very convenient, a cot was provided, for which special thanks! A colorful courtyard with swings for kids!

The location of the accommodation was good and within walking distance to the port, restaurants and cafes, and 30mins walk to the city and attractions. Free parking is available and was convenient. The host, Anestis, was very friendly and helpful, and provided us with useful information on restaurants and attractions. We arrived late at night but received a very warm welcome by the staff, Eleni. Our room was of good size, clean, tidy, modern, quiet and well-facilitated. The swimming pool was nice. We also received a bottle of complimentary wine. The bed was very comfortable. We are very satisfied with this accommodation.

Beautiful accommodation! In an authentic style, everything is new, clean, but you are immersed in the 80s-90s. As if you are visiting your grandparents. Everything is done with high quality! The location is exactly as shown in the pictures, we have nothing to complain about. The location is a 5-minute walk from the promenade in the port area and 15 minutes from the Kavala fortress (keep in mind that you cannot go by car, the streets are very narrow and sloping). On arrival, we received a bottle of wine and a small bottle of olive oil, which shows the hosts' attention to ensuring their guests have a pleasant stay.

    We had great experience at Thea Home - the apartment is very clean and spacious, the outdoor space is lovely as well, it is located close to the beach. Our host, Thalia, welcomed us with homemade pomegranate liquor and showed us around the property. I would definitely stay at Thea Home again. :)

    Clean apartment with very close location to the beach. Climatisation and amenities of the room are good enough. Nea Karvali is a small but peaceful place. Best fit for those who seek silence and peace. Soula is a wonderful and very kind host with clear and helpful insights and guidance before and during our stay. She also cared for our needs and provided a very clean and comfortable crib for our baby. Thanks for everything, best regards.

    Very clean, comfortable. Room was cool in the evening even without the AC. The village is nice and quiet. Super close to the beach, but we preferred to go to other locations. Its equal distance from Keramoti and Kavala beaches.

    I absolutely loved everything. The house really exceeded my expectations. Absolutely exceptional accommodation. Lots of space, 3 very comfortable bedrooms, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need and very clean bathrooms. The location turned out to be very quiet. I recommend! Our hosts Anastasia and her son Grigorius are exceptional people.
