It looks exactly like on the pictures and beyond our expectations!!!! The bar-restaurant is open all day and you can eat international food (perfect for children) and take drinks all day in your room, in the restaurant or at the beach, you choose! The service is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. The interior is modern and fresh. The room is clean with a breathtaking view. The breakfast is great too. A sun chair is included. There is a free parking for the hotel. A real paradise spot in Palio!!!! Highly recommended!

Very nice & cosy apartment, with a big and nice terrace. Apartment wasvery clean and the kitchen equipped with everythig you need, includimg a coffee machine. It is very close to the beach, 3-5 min walking distance, and there are two beaches perfect for kids.

- Location is perfect (beachfront, market and pharmacy are near, tavernas with quality food and service) - Comfortable well-equipped apartment. You have absolutely everything. - The host is very kind and good man. He did the best for our early check-in and was always available via viber, phone, booking conversation. Appreciate the host's efforts to organise cleaning service and to provide us the apartment on time on which i have requested arriving. - Bottle of wine and dessert were a really nice compliment 😋

The cleanest property we've been at. Definitely. The hosts are very kind and caring, giving their best to make you feel at home. The house in modern, it has almost everything you would need. It is not possible to park in the yard, but the street that goes up next to the pharmacie is ideal and it has always enough parking space. It is located next to supermarket, playground and pharmacie. 5 mins away with car from Kikabu beach bar, tavern Filaraki and other cool places.

You're just a short walk away from the beach, which is absolutely stunning. There are plenty of opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying the beautiful views. In addition to the beach, there are also plenty of good restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. Whether you're in the mood for seafood or something else entirely, you're sure to find something to suit your tastes. Finally, there's also a small supermarket nearby, which is convenient for picking up essentials and snacks. We had a lovely vacation at this property and everything exceeded our expectations. The host was there to welcome us very worm with nice treats and very nice surprises that you usually not get when booking properties. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who like to cook and that was a big plus. The apartment was nicely decorated and with a very personal feel and also, it was perfect clean with all that you need for a vacation at the sea, everything was in very good condition. Towels were also changed and we thank the host for that. The garden is so nice and all the plants were so carefully cared for and loved, that accompanied by the beautiful sea view made staying and dining outside a delight. Evenings were nice and quiet and we slept like babies :) We also thank for the board games, we spent some nice time playing chess! In few words, everything was perfect and I am sure others will feel the same if they book this apartment! We will return for sure, when we come again to Kavala! We wish the host the best and we thank her for such attention to details that made our stay so nice and comfy. Adrian & Cristina

    The flat is really good with excellent location and amazing sea view. It was very clean and Mery was so nice and helpful with all the information we have asked during our stay there. The swimming pool is very nice and clean, which makes time spending there even more relaxing. I can strongly recommend the place and will definitely come back again.

    Excellent place and location! Very clean and luxurious, got everything you need, from coffee to washing machine and detergent. 1min walking to the beach, which has free zone to the left and a nice bar/restaurant to the right.
