Every single thing about this hotel is outstanding. The sense of arrival is magnificent, jaw dropping, the hotel is beautiful, the history, the design, the very clever conversion to a hotel, the service was just perfect. We were staying over as part of a long journey, but really didn't want to leave. This is a hotel we would love to revisit, to bring some books, stay a few days, enjoy the tranquility, take a seat in one of the many nooks and crannies perfectly set up for chilling out. I can't think of a better place to rest and relax at. We enjoyed every single minute, but the moment that really stood out was breakfast in the cloister on a lovely sunny morning with the sunlight streaming throught the vines, a superb breakfast, truly taken at leisure. We could have stayed in that moment for hours.

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay over the New Year. Everything about the experience was perfect – from the stunning location surrounded by vineyards and apple orchards, with breathtaking views of distant mountains, to the well-thought-out amenities. The apartment was impeccably clean and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Our hosts, Vera and Christoph, were incredibly kind, attentive, and quick to respond to any questions we had. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Lots of attention to making out stay comfortable! Extremely equipped for our toddler - books, toys, highchair, towel, crib. Very cozy and clean. Kitchen was well equipped as well, only thing missing was a broom to clean the floor after meals.

The property was a renovated 1600’s home provided the convenience of modern facilities along with the cozy charm of a historic home. Location was perfect to experience the multifaceted experiences available to you in the Dolomites. It’s really easy to access the main town, Bolzano and is a short walk to the local town, but is also close many hikes and historic landmarks. Beyond that the host, Elena went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay by giving us great recommendations for food and activities, and helping us with travel logistics, she even gave us a small Christmas gift as we were staying over Christmas. She truly made our stay special.

    Great breakfast buffet, fantastic dinner set menu for €35! Lovely staff. Beautiful mountain view from my balcony. Much quieter and cheaper location compared to Bolzano. Bus stop is 15min walk (direct to Bolzano, also to Lago di Caldaro). Online option to opt out of daily cleaning with a €5 deduction per day from your final bill. This hotel has implemented many environmentally friendly and covid safe options.
