Lovely property in the middle of nowhere (to me it’s a plus :) - quiet, green area. We arrived late at night and had contactless checkin, very convenient. Beautiful furniture in the apartment! (one more bed hidden in a chest of drawers is a genious idea). Coffee and tea in the kitchen with a separate entrance (more beautiful furniture!). Our daughter had a separate full-size single bed.

Location was truly beautiful, quiet but near to a local town. Fabrizio the owner was so hospitable and made us feel very welcome. Heavenly pool and the apartment had been refurbished to the highest standard. Car essential.

    I liked the building.it gave me a sense of peace and tranquillity. Amenities and entertainment at your doorstep. The location is very good and easy to get around. There's something for everyone and also a cinema at your doorstep. I would highly recommend this BnB to anyone coming to Bazzano.

    A warm welcome was given on arrival to this villa of faded grandeur. It is convenient to visit Bologna or Modena. We had a large room with comfortable bed and a shower room. All very clean.
