The location is wonderful with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars along the street and including the restaurant below the rooms. The walk up to Citta Alta is not far and good exercise for those so inclined. You know a place is great when you sad to leave. Highly recommend staying here.

The whole building is lovely, well finished and kept. The apartment was spacious, very clean and modern with a very large terrace. We arrived very late in the evening but check in was very easy. All the staff were lovely. Underground parking was great too.

The room is beautiful and comfturable. The balcony is lovely and on the piazza. The jacuzzi is big and good. The locarion is amazing, its in the centre. Breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and kind. I highly recomend!

I was here with my wife for about a week in June. The apartment (called Lotto) is super clean and tastefully designed, with modern appliances and a modern bathroom. It is in a building adjacent to the one that has the reception in it and one of Mimmo's three eateries, which range from a cafe to a white-tablecloth restaurant, and the food is amazing in all of these. (Also you get a 10% discount if you're a Locanda guest. All the staff without exception are very friendly and courteous and will help you with anything you need. This is true also of the owner himself. The Locanda and restaurants is the fruit of a hard-working family's labor - you can get a booklet about the family history. The windows have the typical Italian shutters, so almost no light gets in the morning, in case you want to sleep in. It should be added that Bergamo itself is a magnificent surprise, one of our favourites in all of Italy.

Everything was perfect, location is great, you can get to the hotel by direct bus from city center or airport. Staff is excellent. Rooms are fully equipped with all necessary amenities. There are a lot of different restaurants nearby. Breakfast was great, and again staff is kind and always ready to help you with all your wishes. At the front of the hotel you will have a beautiful city view.

The room was small, but cozy, very comfortable and nice. Bathroom big, very clean. Everything is new and fresh. Check-in easy and fast. Our stay was short, but we are really happy with this choice. The apartment is in fantastic location. Close to the bus station, access from airport is super easy. Highly recommended.

    Excellent location. Airport shuttle to the door, only 13 minutes. Train and bus station opposite hotel for onward travel. Room was spotlessly clean. Lots of extras such as slippers and tea and coffee in the room. Breakfast was very good and affordable. Highly recommend.

    The property was in an ideal location, between the old and new town. The rooms were all lovely, spotless and cleaned each day. Had everything that we needed It was ideal for 9 of us with the communal kitchen area The breakfast and coffee were an added bonus to prepare for the day of exploring Would definitely recommend

    The property was very clean, in a good location. From here we travelled to Venice, Breccia and Lake Como. It felt secure, as it had a keypad entry. There was very good communication from the staff, we were even left a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce to make. They arranged us transfer from the airport at a very affordable price. Nothing was too much trouble.

    Absolutely ideal location, couldn't fault a thing the room was spotlessly clean as well as being beautifully furnished. we had a card to claim a free breakfast on the first morning at a local café in the square which was a nice touch. Giovanna was a lovely most helpful host. Highly recommended
