Wonderful property, the apartment is stylishly renovated, with all necessary facilities. Location is perfect - not exactly in the city center, but still walking distance, very quiet. Beds were very comfortable. Check in was easy. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Receptionists - great all of them, ready to help, smiley, positive! Breakfast - really good! Enjoyed a lot the coffee in the morning. Room - pretty good size, clean, with spacious toilet. Other staff at the hotel - cleaning ladies/gents, waiters at the breakfast area, other helping staff - ALL GREAT! All of them greeted us every morning, smiling with a great energy, you could just feel it.

I stayed in the Karenina room and found it to be truly perfect and fantastic. I travel often for work and I think it was one of the most beautiful places I have ever slept. The room was very clean and furnished with impeccable taste. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming. The taste in which the details were positioned and thought out made me feel truly pampered and special. In the room there is a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and the landlady always buys biscuits and salty crackers from a bakery as a gift. In the bathroom there is body cream, shampoo with conditioner, shower gel, cotton buds and everything (even more) necessary to feel at home, the shower was very spacious and very comfortable. The structure is entirely powered by electricity and there is no disposable plastic, everything is compostable. The love for antiques merges with the modern love for respecting the environment. Federica was an excellent advisor, you can see that she knows the city well and is always available for any questions. She won me over as a customer and I am sure that it will be my favorite place when I return to Bologna. If I could I would give more than 10 as a score: Highly recommended!!

Most of all, since it’s a newly built accommodation, everything was neat and clean. Overall, the room and bathroom were spacious, and everything was well-organized, including the coffee machine with capsules and the complimentary drinks in the fridge. The proximity to the central station was excellent—just a stone’s throw away—and the city center was only a 10-minute walk. The route to the hotel felt safe, even at night. When I struggled with check-in because it was my first time using a digital signal system to open the gate—and I didn’t have WiFi or an internet connection at the time—the staff promptly assisted me and reassured me. I found the staff very kind and highly appreciated their help.

From the very first message, we could feel Mary’s warmth and genuine care. 🥰 Even though we never met in person, her kindness shone through every word — always thoughtful, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. The accommodation itself was absolutely wonderful: spotless, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location to enjoy Bologna’s charming streets, cafés, and atmosphere. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and filled with lovely details that instantly made us feel at home. It’s rare to feel such a personal connection without meeting face-to-face, yet Mary made us feel truly welcome and cared for from afar. 💛 We’re leaving with warm hearts, beautiful memories, and the hope to return one day.
