From the moment the gate opens and you drive up to the parking feels very special. Fabulous warm welcome from the owner.The room is unbelievable. modern large spotlessly clean with great private terrace.So relaxing.Breakfast was incredible,everything you need and more.The home made cakes were exceptional. 10 minute stroll to Canobbio. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough..left with nice parting gift from the owner,a fealty nice touch.

The suite was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with every detail needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to the lake that we were travelling to the next morning. Great place! Very warm welcome by Daniela, Pietro and Melissa. Big playground that the kids enjoyed together with Melissa. Fabulous breakfast was served by Daniela and Melissa. I highly recommend it for families looking for a relaxed and calm vacation.
