The staff really made a difference since the arrival, we were given all needed information, and they could accomodate some special requests we had. We liked the view of the mountain from our room very much, and we could close shut the blind at night to have proper sleep. The indoor and outdoor common areas were great. Breakfast had lots of choices including scrambled eggs with and without ham/bacon. We loved the location and the traditional tuscanian stone house, overlooking the city of Montegiovi. Our host Andrea was friendly and helpful. Staying with dogs was absolutely no problem.
