It was very easy to access, very responsive and lovely host, sparkling clean, really everything was there, what you need for a super comfortable stay as a family. Great views to the mountain scenery. I wished we would have stayed longer.

Super friendly hosts - Luca and Paolo, they willingly explains everything. The neighbours are also very friendly. Three lovely dogs guard the garden below. The appartment is very modern, clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped with all the things travellers need. The rooms are weather conditioned. The terrace is big enough for 6-7 peoples. We are happy to stay here.

We booked here for two nights to visit the different towns/villiages of Lake Como. Was in the ideal place as it was not far from each town eg Como was about 20-30mins drive, Bellagio 40 mins drive, Lecco 20mins drive. The place was clean and secure and we were given clear instructions how to access the flat. We asked for a late check out and we were given an extra couple of hours. Federico also gave us recommendations of the area. I highly recommend this if you have a car and want to visit the area and Lake Como.

The hotel, the location amd the staff were exceptional. The quality of the food and all aspects of food preparation, delivery and presentation were above 5 Star. As a group of 22 people staying here for 3 nights it is without fault, and would be extremely hard to get better.

The guest house was located in a very picturesque Albese Con Cassano, our room had a beautiful view on the nearby church. The room and bathroom were absolutely fine, comfortable, well equipped. But the best thing about the stay was the stuff. The breakfast were served in cafe Piazza Motta. The stuff was so friendly, the positivity of the staff made our day!!!!

I can only imagine how wonderful is to stay in B&B during warm seasons. Sergio and Chiara are very warm hosts. I asked for a special favor and they did their best. Rooms are spacious, beds - comfortable. Everywhere were clean and warm. Except the floor :) But I guess the B&B is not meant for December stay. We could have as much coffee as we wanted. And breakfast was good for a good start of a day. Wish all the best to Sergio and Chiara !

    We were really happy with our stay here!! the host was always very accomodating and the house and backyard were beautiful. We booked last minute and the host still met us at the property straight away. Any issues we had the host took every effort to help. The photos of the property don't give justice to how nice it is. I would highly recommend staying here. Perfect location between the 2 lakes. We would stay here again if we were ever to return. Perfect for young children aswell

    We stayed with 2 in a studio with one double bed and balcony. Although it was only one room with a table, little kitchen, bathroom and terras it was big enough. The apartment was spotless clean 🤩The host was very friendly and helpfull. Takes you 10 min to walk to city centre and great restaurants. I would recommend this place!

    This is a rare case when you absolutely want to come back! The hotel is so charming and beautiful, the location and scenery are exceptional. I loved how welcoming and friendly the staff was. It was a last-minute booking and turned out to be such a wonderful experience.
