Beautiful room - the design features made us feel that we were in some sort of wonderful dream. The bed is incredibly comfortable and we had a great sleep after a day of walking on the Magna Via Francigena. Wonderful helpful and friendly host. Location great, right on the main square in Grotte.

What a gem of a place! Stefano was so easy going and helpful when it came to check in. I was running the Magna Via Francigena and it’s always a bit tricky to properly estimate exact arrival . He was so easy and even offered to pick me up in the car somewhere if i needed. His place is perfectly situated in town and spotless ! He even gave me the most delicious homemade wine that was incredible. Super place. Highly recommend!

Room is of decent size, large balcony, many pillows to choose from so bed and pillows were comfortable. In the morning you can go to a nearby bar for a stuffed croissant but there are also some edibles in the apartment. There is a parking place behind the building but sometimes you have to go a bit further to find a spot. Wrap the shower hose around the tap because it's too heavy for the rail and bends down pointing the jet at the wall. Wifi signal is good throughout the room and bathroom. Host very friendly but does not speak English but basic communication possible via online translator. The place is a couple stairs up, no lift. Would stay again

Our host was exceptionally kind and charming! Although he didn't speak English, his warm personality and genuine hospitality more than made up for the language barrier. He made us feel welcome from the very start. The apartment itself was excellent – clean, spacious, and very comfortable. A truly lovely experience that we'll always remember!

    The apartment and common areas were spacious, comfortable, and clean. It is sunny and has spectacular views. The location is great if you are walking the Magna via Francigena. Stefano meet us at the apartment and was very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed his very drinkable homemade wine. There are shops and restaurants nearby. We had a very nice stay.

    Our host was amazing and extremely helpful. After a long MVF walk the facilities were perfect and location excellent.We tried the host home made wine and given a super generous breakfast 😀 Lovely balcony was such a bonus

    A very friendly welcome. Our host even left us with some of his homemade wine. We did not share a language in common, but it was very easy to communicate. The location was perfect for our needs and right on our Magna Via Francigena Trail
