Excellent hotel located right in the mountains. We’ve never seen such a beautiful landscape from a hotel room! The road uphill was a bit stiff and small but still manageable, and it’s perfectly located in our planned way from Val di Funes to Gardena Pass. The hotel has big parking lot, the receptionists were very friendly, and most of all it has an amazing garden that overlooks the whole valley with mountains. Our room is on the 2nd floor and had a big balcony, very clean and well equipped. It was a pleasure to enjoy watching the landscapes from the balcony. The breakfast next day was also delicious with a lot of choices and perfectly cooked. Overall we enjoyed our time here even though it was only 1 night. We’ll definitely come back here if possible next time. Highly recommended, a truly magnificent experience !

High quality of everything and attentive service. The sauna & wellness area are beautiful and spacious and the restaurant is really excellent, both for dinner and breakfast. Service here also very good. Loved the design of every part of the hotel & restaurant. Very tasteful and elegant.

The owner was so pleasant and welcoming. The whole building is beautifully furnished, spacious, spotlessly clean and so well organised. Breakfast is amazing especially the home baked bread. It has its own delightful chapel and as well as a pension it would be an ideal venue for weddings or family celebrations.

From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. Everything was good about this hotel .. the friendly hosts.. the delicious food .. wonderful hotel staff and above all great location with superb transport system using the ritten card (ask for it at the hotel) we visited in December and it snowed and everything was a winter wonderland! we also had a unique experience where the owner together with his staff lit up a bonfire and distributed delicious homemade biscuits and mulled wine all for free!

I had a terrific stay at Hotel Dolomiten. Exemplary service. Katia and the young lady (whose name I failed to get) with fantastic to interact with - very friendly and helpful. I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and I wish I had been able to enjoy a dinner (but I was late returning each evening). I will be very happy to return one day!

    The location was spectacular, surrounded by alpine meadows and mountains and with long-reaching views over the Ritten Plateau to the Dolomeites. Sitting with a Prosecco watching the sunset was a memory that will stick with me for a long time. The hotel also gave us each a free RittenCard, which gave us access to the RittenBahn Railway and a 12 minute cable car down to the city of Bozen - much easier, faster and more exciting than driving down there in the car. Food was good (even for vegetarians) and breakfast was ample.

    Great location in the midst of nature with phantastic views over the mountain range, good dinner and excellent breakfast (half-board), good wifi, comfy beds, ideal place for trekking in the mountains.
