Very nice apartment, very nice place. Many thanks to the owner, who turned out to be a very responsive and nice person, when he found out that my car broke down, he not only picked me up from the place of the breakdown and took me to the hotel, but also always helped during the four days of my stay in his apartment. A very good person.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. The rooms were tidy and perfectly clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and very baby-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. By car, Como was only about 15 minutes away, and even beautiful towns like Bellagio and Varenna could be reached in under an hour, all with breathtaking views along the way. What we loved most about this place was its location in a small town, where many locals were also staying. The people were incredibly warm and kind – it felt as if every second person stopped just to smile at our baby. This created such a welcoming and heartwarming atmosphere, especially during breakfast time. On top of all this, my husband accidentally left his AirPods behind. Giuliano kindly informed us and even mailed them back to us, carefully wrapped and perfectly safe. We are so grateful for such thoughtful hospitality – thank you so much!

    Perfect location for a stopover. The rooms are OK, not Waw but defenitely good. We had a family room, airconditioning was only present in one of both rooms. Breakfast was good : we could eat on the terrace and enjoyed the most amazing view. Service was kind and really friendly-we all got our personal decorated cappuccino.
