Beautiful villa in the countryside, very close to Pistoia. The villa and the estate are simply lovely; all the charm of an historic property, but fully (and respectfully) modernised. Lovely garden and pool area, and a great covered parking. Very tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Great breakfast too. Would love to come back!

The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good, and the coffee prepared by Lucia was simply outstanding. The free on-site parking was a great convenience, and we truly enjoyed the peace, quiet, and fresh air during our stay. Just a 5-minute drive from the hotel, there is an excellent restaurant recommended to us by Lucia.

Really amazing building, surrounding, apartment. Feels like a perfect venue for a romantic movie. Staff was super friendly, breakfast site cute, very cozy. Sadly weather was already chilli so we were not able to enjoy the pool. But if possible would love to visit again in summertime.

    Everything was fantastic. Beautiful location and accommodation. The breakfast was beautiful as was the dinner experience. David and Gorgina are fun people who can't do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay, from dietary needs to local knowledge on where to go and how to get there both on and off the beaten track. They also do an olive oil experience which is great. Highly recommend
