Nice little room, the staff was willing to help, the shared kitchen was a plus. We had breakfast in town which is only a few hundred meters away, and offering quality food : A nice pasticceria and a fancy restaurant.

Although it’s a steep climb up the hill, the views made up for the though drive. The apartment is lovely and so are the hosts: Laura made sure we had everything we need and they even brought us a fan when we asked. There is also a nice lawn with sunbeds and an outside seating area for eating. The kids were loving the local animals: chickens and a donkey, Asia.

Bianca was so very welcoming from the moment I booked. She messaged to introduce herself, gave super directions (avoid following a sat Nav as the route hasn't been updated) On arrival I was greeted with a drink and very warm welcome. The room was so clean and well presented, cool drinks and coffee were available in the communal area. Bianca ordered food from the local Pizzeria to be delivered (as I had arrived later on in the evening) the food and chilled wine was lovely and very welcomed after a long journey. Breakfast was a lovely selection of artisan goodies, many from the garden. In the morning Bianca showed me around the beautiful gardens and impressive bonsai collection. A true gem of a place to stay and surpassed my expectations.

A total delight with everything. I don't know where to start, but I'll start with accommodation. The apartment has been renovated and everything is new, nicely arranged and fully equipped. The first thing you feel when you enter is the freshness and nice smell. I don't know is this matters to anyone, but it matters a lot to me. Everything you need in an apartment can be found here (cups, plates, cutlery, spoons, coffee machine,...). The housekeepers are two wonderful women who welcome you and host you incredibly kindly and warmly. They amazed us upon our arrival and we were under the impression of their welcome the whole time. They are available all the time for any type of help. Total delight about accommodation and housewives. And you have free parking near the apartment. You literally need 2-3 minutes of sand from the parking lot to the apartment. I can recomend this 100 %.

This stay was one of the best experiences I've had on Booking. The apartment's cleanliness exceeded my expectations and surpassed many fine hotels I've visited. During my 9-day trip in Italy, it stood out as the best among the apartments I rented. Laura, our host, ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Unexpectedly, there was coffee, tea, and croissants available for breakfast. Despite Laura not speaking English, her flawless communication via translated messages deserves praise. Texting her was hassle-free. Overall, a delightful and memorable experience! 🌟
