The property was very clean and the staff were simply amazing. They upgraded our room, which was modern and functional. The spa was simply exceptional - rarely have I been to such a nice spa (even in 5 star hotels). The fact that the stay gives you complimentary access to it makes the Hotel such a gem. Lastly, their restaurant AROMA is incredible. Excellent food, well trained staff and a great price point. All in all the stay was fantastic, they even allowed for a 30 minute late checkout which was appreciated. If I could give a very small advice to the hotel it would be to cover up chips on the walls and these little imperfections in the room. It would boost them up even more to what is already a great hotel-spa combo.

Fantastic location, 2 minute walk from train station. The apartment was very specious, nice big fluffy towels, super comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette. The man at the reception was super friendly and very helpful. If we ever fly from Bergamo again then we definitely will be back there.

Welcome, free carpark, spacious and comfortable apartment, nice balcony, all cooking amenities for meals at the flat. In the reception area, a coffee shop with delicious croissants and a wide array of coffee. The location was excellent, and the room itself was perfect for us - large, well provisioned, and well maintained. It was quiet, with lovely views, and everything we had hoped for. Breakfast in the bistrot downstairs was added bonus.

Lovely room with very comfortable bed. Very good strong shower. Our host was very nice and helpful. We had a very early flight and he started the shuttle service earlier to accommodate us. Location very near airport and large modern shopping centre. There’s a lovely walk to both via a footpath.
