The key collection was easy and fast. Paolo is an accommodating host and we had great communication with him. Also, we had access to private parking which was very useful for us. The apartment is clean, quiet and functional and we wish we could have stayed longer.

11 points for the bath towel. Good quality, puffy and smelled very fresh. Bathroom was very clean, new & modern, very rare to have such good standard bathroom in this category establishment. 8 mins walk from the train station. Quiet, clean & comfortable room. Had a good rest. Appreciate the complimentary tea & coffee capsule offered plus some biscuits & fruit. Thank you ;-) Host- Christian set a very good standard for the room, everything was top top. Bravo ;-)

It was very warm on our check-in on a cold December evening. Exceptionally clean room. Bed - very comfortable. The bathroom was exceptionally big. There was Netflix. Good Wi-Fi. Amazing breakfast. The host was very kind and caring.

    The location is great, perfect for relaxation, quiet, very close to Seravalle and the center of Novi Ligure with restaurants. The room was nice, direct entrance from outside with a pleasant view, free parking. There is also a pool on the propriety. Breakfast was excellent, like a trip back in time, very nice lady serving breakfast, fresh delicious products, great coffee. The room itself was very nice and the atmosphere. Very cosy ambiance, great staff, very clean.

    The place was very beautiful and quite with perfect location if you want to do shopping. The host was very helpful and kind. The rooms was very clean, spacious and comfortable. In the morning the host welcomed us with beautiful arranged versatile and tasteful breakfast. The place is perfect for a romantic sunset dinner with a good bottle and lovely atmosphere.
