We had a wonderful stay here and Viviana was very friendly and thoughtful. We had to check-in late but it was no problem as she waited for us with a welcome drink and snacks! Next day, since it was raining, she even provided us with some rags to clean our motorbike! The dog was also very well behaved. The location was convenient to visit lake Como and other places nearby. Highly recommend!

The host was outstanding (so kind and helpful), the location very beautiful, the breakfast excellent and the B&B was boutique (High) level decorated. We tried to book a room last year - but it was fully booked then. This year we were lucky and it was really, really worth the wait. More value for money than we imagined. Would LOVE to go back. Can’t recommend this place enough.

We loved our stay at La Tana Rooms! The location is beautiful, with a nice terrace to enjoy the breakfast. The room was very comfortable, especially with the air-conditioning (it was very hot during our stay)!! We definitely recommend this accommodation when visiting lake Como.

Lenno is an excellent place to base yourself on the lake as it is halfway up and is a stop for the high speed ferry, but not heaving with tourists due to being smaller (unlike Bellagio or Varenna). The villa is a 7 minute walk from the Lenno ferry which is perfect. The villa also has covered parking if you wanted to drive. There is a cafe on the opposite side of the street, and restaurants 2 minutes walk away and a grocery shop 5 minutes away (we loved getting a takeaway pizza and eating it on the shore of the lake). The villa really is a perfect location! Yes, it does have a position on a road with traffic, but this was not a problem for us, there is less traffic at night, and the bedrooms are all at the back of the building away from the road side. We stayed 4 nights and wish we stayed longer! It is a villa made up of 3 apartments and we were on the top floor, meaning that our balcony had a view of the lake <3 We loved the pool and outdoor space, and it is only shared with the other apartments (max 2 other couples). The hospitality was excellent. The villa is not brand new, but it is authentic Italian. Make sure you bring cash to pay the air conditioning charge, and the tourist tax (otherwise there is an ATM right next door at the bank, but will charge international fees). Also if you like hiking/walking, the greenway di Como Lago passes right behind the house and is a beautiful walk through the hills/along lakeside!

    The location is really nice, we get very beautiful scenery from apartment. Marina and Max are very kind and helpful. The restaurants they suggested are really good and typical. Max offers us the trekking activity which fulfilled our day and program. That’s fantastic and nice to stay at Villa Marina with wonderful super host.
