- The area: This is a fantastic rental property in a great location. A short walk from the local beach! The local area is a quiet coastal village. The local marina has some nice restaurants and supermarkets. For the best nearby beaches, you can drive 5 minutes to Budoni beach or 15 minutes to spiaggia di su Tiriarzu. - The property: The property has a BBQ and outdoor shower in the garden. The beds were quite comfortable. There is a gated private parking space in the front. The property is clean, with a modern kitchen and bathroom. We cooked two meals. - The hosts were friendly. Their English is limited but they are very accommodating! Thank you Consuelo 🙂

    Location is great as it is within minutes of walking or driving from the marina and several restaurants, and 20-30 minutes of driving from some of the beautiful beaches in the area. Breakfast was good, but not comparable to other Italian hotels of same rating (selection was certainly not rich). Staff was very nice and perhaps the main reason why the review receives a Good rating.
