This lovely little hotel (aka boutique rooms) were exceptional. Fantastic location in the heart of Reggio. Spotlessly clean and nice and modern, I can't recommend this place enough along with the communication from the property since we were unfamiliar with booking accommodation in Italy. Andre was incredibly helpful and clear with instructions. Upon check out I bumped into the cleaning lady and she was so nice. The whole stay was nothing short of awesome and really great value for money. Would stay here again without a doubt.

The apartment is amazingly equipped with anything you might need, everything is super clean and spacious. Very comfortable to stay for a few days. Even though the host does not speak a word of English, she was trying very hard to help us get the the location (there were constrution sites and a football game on the day we arrived which made it impossible to access the road). The host was amazingly helpful and polite, we were very grateful for her hospitality.

It was wonderful – from the owners and staff to the apartment itself. Everything was clean, and absolutely all the amenities you might need during your stay were available – and even more. There was even a first aid kit in the cupboard, which once again shows that everything here is done with care, and you are truly welcomed. Clean, cozy, beautifully decorated interior, quiet surroundings, friendly people – just like home! The owners and staff are always happy to help and keep in touch. They even left us a basket with snacks and a bottle of wine in the fridge before our arrival🥹. Nearby, there is a shop, public transport stops, and dining places. Our stay there was incredible, and I hope to come back again!🤍

    The location is great and very close to the centre. It is a very cute house and kept very very clean. Anna was very kind to us and was there whenever we needed her. She prepared yummy breakfast every morning with her homemade cakes. I truly recommend.

    Very comfortable bed, great location, all very clean and organised. I definitely recommend it! I booked the bedroom with bath, but there is another bedroom with shared bathroom which is actually not shared because whoever is in the other bedroom has its own bath so the other bathroom is not used. I plan to take both bedrooms next time I'm back with my family.

    The appartment is in a very nice and quiet location, off the city center. The walk to the city center is about 20 minutes, along a main road, very accessible and safe. It was very clean and had all the basic necessities for our stay. We appreciated the complimentary coffee and candy. Our room and the bathroom were spacious enough. There is an amazing bakery nearby and it is close to a super market and a bus station. The host was polite and answered all my messages promptly before we arrived (only in italian though).

    My experience was overall a pleasant one. The location of the hotel is ideal as it is very close to the city market and the historical centre. The rooms had a nice smell of cleanliness and they were tidied every day. The staff was smiley, gentle and helpful and responded immediately to all our inquiries. The open and strong Wi-Fi is another plus as we happen to travel for business. Definitely a place to stay! It is recommended for all categories of visitors, either for business or pleasure!

    Accessible location, require a car to reach the centre but there is off street parking. The place is spotless ... and I mean spotless... Well appointed and with all the essentials and more. Teresa was a joy to deal with, kind and accommodating.
