Very friendly, nice owner, beautiful spacious building, excellent terasse with a great view - first line from the beach. Private free parking behind the gate. Good heating system (not obvious in this part of the world). Amazing roof terrace with a great view in four directions. Nice free, empty beach (low season).

We really enjoyed our stay, the Villa was big and clean with all the facilities you may need. We did barbecue as well 😃. If you don’t want to go out one night the villa has 2 big verandas and a pool that you can surely have a nice evening. The host was very nice and friendly, he also bring traditional dessert for us one morning. I will recommend this villa for everyone.

It was amazing place to stay. Very new, great location near very beautiful beach nearby (although it was a bit dirty and some plastics, but this I believe was only because we were there before season). Our host was very helpful with finding a rental car and picking us from the train station, which was really appreciated and thank you for that! :) Location is great and if you want to stay the whole time in one place within a quiet area, you are at the right place. If you want to travel around you need a car, same if you want some nightlife or restaurants (there is one behind the corner but we didn't go there).

Great place! We just loved almost everything. The pool area was nice, and to walk around the garden with all the olive- and fruit threes was relaxing. It was calm and quiet, we enjoyed it. Breakfast was nice different choices each morning, both salt and sweet food. Svetlana and Maria and the rest of the staff were really helpful and nice, they really made our trip unforgettable.

Beautiful villa and rooms with good air conditioning. Kind and hospitable hosts - you must try Gina's homemade baked goods at breakfast, we tried many delicious local delicacies thanks to her. Perfect location a couple of minutes' walk from the buzzing town centre. The best shower we had on our 4 week trip. A fantastic stay, we were there 5 nights and wish we could have stayed longer!

    Staff was very nice and accommodating, even gave us a delicious croissant and coffee in the morning. The room was simple, but very clean and exactly what we needed for 2 nights in the end of our trip. AC worked great! And the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced! The location is also convenient if you’re driving. Close to Ostuni and nice beaches (15min away).
