This is very comfortable House. Clean, cosy, kitchen well equiped and all looks exaclty as advertised. Nice wiev from terrace. Beach is very close, as well as bar and restaurants. Owners are nice, friendly and helpful people. Highly recommended location for your holidays.

The apartment was absolutely perfect! Very clean, very big, very comfortable! Kitchen is well equipped. The view is amaizing, facing to the see! The neighborhood is lovely. We could find supermarket nearby, cafe, restaurant, even a place with music. The apartment is super quite, the garden is beautiful. The owner is very polite, friendly and helpful. Perfect place for holiday, highly recommended!

This place sets up a very high benchmark what hospitality can be: I felt like a long-awaited family friend visiting, truly cared for. Also, the place is fantastically located with beautiful surroundings, the room was spacious, comfortable and esthetically very pleasing, same as the whole place overall. The breakfast was definitely the best I ever had in Italy (and Italy is my frequent destination). I was very fortunate that Villa this year for the winter season - it is actually a great season for hiking and cycling. For me it was just in the end of Via Francigena del Sud - like a cherry on the cake.

Very nice and comfy room. All facilities working well. Super private and quiet. The hosts were very nice and could spark English. The breakfast was superb with lots of choices of all kinds , even that we were the only guests!!! Bravo. We highly recommend this B&B

I was impressed by the accommodation. It was an old monastery which adds to the experience. Plus the owner was super friendly and helpful, he welcomed us and provided us with the most helpful information like were to eat and swim, he even invited us to a local fiesta.
