We had a wonderful stay here and Viviana was very friendly and thoughtful. We had to check-in late but it was no problem as she waited for us with a welcome drink and snacks! Next day, since it was raining, she even provided us with some rags to clean our motorbike! The dog was also very well behaved. The location was convenient to visit lake Como and other places nearby. Highly recommend!

The staff would bring a fresh, delicious meal straight to our suite, then discreetly return later to clear away the table—allowing us to savor our morning in total comfort. This level of personalized service truly underscored how dedicated the team is to making every guest feel pampered. The spa facilities were equally impressive. Between the calming atmosphere, modern amenities, and a variety of rejuvenating treatments, it was easy to spend hours unwinding and recharging. My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Parco San Marco. The resort is beautifully located between the lake and the mountains, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely view of Lake Lugano. We enjoyed a relaxing spa treatment and a paddle on the lake, both of which were highlights of our trip. The food at the resort’s restaurants was delicious, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a perfect spot for a romantic escape, and we’re looking forward to returning in the future!

The apartment had the most mesmerising view and the hosts were amazing! Daniela was easy to reach and coordinated with us throughout our stay to ensure our comfort. Despite our late arrival, we had a very warm welcome where we were picked up at the parking lot and accompanied to the apartment. The bathtub with the jacuzzi feature was the cherry on top of the cake! Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in a quaint village, a few minutes away by car, from major cities like Menaggio.

Amazing views, nice, clean cottage, you will have all place for yourself, everything what you need is there, BBQ, spices, good internet, comfortable bed, towels in the bathroom, sofa downstairs could be a second double bed, really helpful host can answer for any of your questions, If you need a rest it's the best place. Isn't easy to get there especially if you have UK car with tow bar (last 50 meters wasn't great for me) but really worth it. My kids had lots of fun observing lizards in the patio, 15 minutes driving form cottage is nice lake (Lago Di piano), 10 minutes drive to closest shop or 20 minutes to Carrefour.

The location is perfect! right between lake Como and lake Lugano with a bonus small lake 5 minutes from the location The apartment is in the castle/fortification which takes you back in time, it's simply amazing. The building is old yet inside you have all the modern amenities you might need (dish/washing machine, fully equipped kitchen etc) Plenty of free parking on the property (something rare in Italy) The co-working space exceeds expectations, it's not just a random room with a table but rather multiple rooms with different purposes which are perfectly fit for both big team events and working in quiet. No hidden fees or surprises and had cleaning supplies for dish/washing machines
