Near rail station only 10min walk in a quiet and lovely neighbourhood. Like the vintage decoration of the hotel, check-in was smooth, good service right from the moment we booked the hotel, we exchanged messages and the information provided was clear. The breakfast service was the best. We enjoyed the buffet service so much. The tea lady served us endless coffees and always with a smile. I will definitely go back to this hotel if I visit Venice again.

The hotel was beautifully designed. We felt like we had stepped into a museum with all the best-quality Venetian tapestries and glass chandeliers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, they made us feel at home. The location was also excellent, it was walking distance to most attractions, it was near a water bus stop, and surrounded by local art galleries and stores. I would recommend this to anyone who’s looking for an intimate, boutique hospitality at the heart of Venice :)

The staff is really friendly and helpful and the room is very clean and equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee available for the guests as well as water in the fridge. The location is great for those coming by bus to Piazzale Roma as it is only a very short walk. There is a luggage storage available so you can continue sightseeing after checkout and pick up your luggage later on. Depending on your reservation, the breakfast may come with additional charge. It’s nice, standard hotel breakfast but would recommend one of the small cafes for more local experience.

I'm very happy that I picked Hotel Bel Sito e Berlino for my 3-night stay in Venice. The hotel has an excellent location, in the heart of Sestiere San Marco and at a walking distance from all the tourist attractions. All the staff were excellent, made me feel welcome from my check-in and were all very serviceable, professional and friendly. I recommend that you choose to take your breakfast here, it was good, very varied and with excellent coffee, much better than what I found at nearby cafeterias. I stayed at a single room that was very comfortable, small but sufficient for what I needed, and above all, what a view! Just infront of Chiesa de Santa Maria del Giglio! If I ever come back to beautiful Venice, I will definitely repeat at Hotel Bel Sito e Berlino.
