I liked everything about this hotel. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from the main train station and 10 minutes in the other direction to Hamamatsu Castle. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious (fyi: but difficult for vegetarians). The room itself was big enough to keep my luggage open during my stay here. AC worked perfectly and there was even a humidifier. I can really recommend this hotel!

The host gave us all the support he can. When we were facing an accident which need to contact the local party, he try his very best to help us. The host can use fluent English and translate with Japanese. The house was cleaned enough with no smell or stink. The place was quiet and we sleep well.

Location was great, really close to the main bus station and train/subway stations. Close to great restaurants and shopping mall. The room was clean and comfortable, with several amenities available by the front desk. We were even able to borrow an umbrella. Breakfast was good with different options available.
