Very nice cozy hotel with a stunning view in the japanese style room. Everyone was really friendly in the hotel and they had no problems with speaking english. There are also 2 onsen, one for women, one for men. Everything was very clean. We loved staying in the hotel. Thank you very much for this experience.

We only stayed one night, we would have loved to stay longer. The room was beautiful, bright, with a view of Mount Fuji. Everything was very clean and tidy, and the location was excellent, just 2 or 3 blocks from the station. Thank you as well for the keychain you gave us, such a lovely souvenir.

The property is very well maintained! Kitchen, Oven, toilet are all cleaned. Bed rooms was very cozy, living and dining area was just as cozy. We just loved the Villa we stayed in. They provide you with complimentary juices for kids and wine for adults. The villa is very spacious. they even provide you with all the cutleries, BBQ Set and all other home appliances. The best part is the terrace area. In the morning, you get awesum view of Mt.
