Fabulous location, with a view of Mount Fuji from my room and my own private onsen bath! Lovely room with evrything I needed, and the two gentlemen running the hotel made my stay very special. I got off the bus at the wrong spot, to find they'd already messaged to offer to pick me up. In spite of it taking some time for them to find me, they offered to stop at the local shop so I could buy food (It was late at night). They went to great lengths to make a vegetarian breakfast for me, and took me to the bus station when I left. I had an absolutely wonderful relaxing time!

Exceptional stay in Hakone This place is truly exceptional. The house is perfectly located on a hillside surrounded by nature — peaceful and incredibly relaxing. My room had a beautiful view of the forest; I felt completely immersed in it. I could hear the birds singing every morning — it was magical. I also had my meals on site, and the food was absolutely delicious. The dining area opens up to the outdoors, offering breathtaking views while you eat. The on-site baths are fantastic — everything is thoughtfully designed, and the outdoor area is a dream. It feels like you're bathing right in the forest. The staff were beyond amazing — we were treated like royalty. I’ll definitely come back. A huge thank you to the whole team! Highly recommended, 200%. Don’t hesitate — go for it!

The views! This is why we booked the place and we were lucky to have a great view each morning. The place was clean, spacious and well kept. Beds were comfy, and the sauna was a nice bonus.

Was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the hosts provided drinks and snacks in the fridge!! It was a really nice touch, also they were very easy to reach and helped with any questions we had! We rented a car to travel but I believe there ate some bus stops nearby!

    If you like cars and mt Fuji, perfect location! Free shuttle bus to and from Gotemba station. Loved the food and reasonably priced for the quality. Staff are outstanding, they work like they own the place, and making sure guests are all taken care of. Even having my luggage sent through Yamato transport was organised by them to my next hotel. I would stay there over and over if I visit the area again.

    Hands down the best hotel we’ve been in! And we travel a lot with a high budget. Everything about this hotel is stretched to perfection. mount fuji view and forests from the balcony feels surreal. We didn’t expect to enjoy that much as we did. 10/10! We will be back next time with family and friends!!

    The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, a great choice and quality. The location near the Speedway and with stunning views of Mount Fuji was great, the staff were efficient and extremely helpful and the room was very good quality. We ate two meals at the hotel, the choice was Italian or Japanese, we tired both and were extremely impressed by both meals. The motor museum and the whole lobby area were a dream to see and a very impressive experience to enter the hotel.
