Overall, my experience was very positive. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, no cockroaches. I had a quite large room with a good conditioner. The staff is responsive. As for the bed, it was perfect for my liking. I also had a safe in the room. I would definitely recommend it and would return in the future.

Everything is perfect. An hystorical house in the city centre. Perfect to visit Phnom Phen and the attraction. The room is big, with all the confort you need. Breakfast is great. Last day we had a flight very early and they prepare for us a super breakfast in bamboo bag, amazing!

Everything was super great 😃 The facilities was clean and good. The hostel is too big, large rooms, commun area with fantastic pool, yoga morning meditation (if you want) for free. Location is great 😃, toilet and shower 🚿 super good! In addition, to move yourself and explore the city around you can order a Tuk tuk via Grab app. It's super cheap. Staff from hostel friendly. I stayed at the hotel for 16 days and enjoyed every moment. The hotel is a new hotel, so all its facilities are new and in very good condition. The rooms are perfectly equipped, the cleanliness and the mattress were so comfortable that I felt right at home. The service of the staff is at a very high level, from the doorman and bellboy at the entrance to the reception staff, room service and waiters in the dining room on the 13th floor. I would like to especially mention the employee named Sophea from breakfast. She is an asset to the hotel and the personal service she gives to all guests together with her team is simply amazing and rare. I am sad to leave the hotel, but I will definitely return to stay at the hotel next year and recommend it to my close friends. Many thanks to the Caravan Hotel for the amazing hospitality. The owner us the nicest guy, he really wants you to feel like home. He is very caring, giving you tips and also putting fruits or other little things on your table while you are waiting. The food is also very good and the common room is very cozy. He helps to reduce plastic and so he lets you refill your water bottle for free. It's a bit outside the touristic area but the tuktuks are quite easy and cheap to get so it's no problem. We also enjoyed being a bit outside of the main area. For 3$ you can use the close by gym with swimming pool. We enjoyed our stay a lot and also learned new things about combodia. Would definitely recommend the homestay to everybody!
