I really enjoyed my stay at Royal Lion Hotel. The room was large, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. Waking up to the beautiful mountain view was just perfect. The staff were super nice and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was delicious and fresh every morning. Highly recommended for a relaxing and scenic getaway!

On vacation in Sri Lanka and passing trough Kandy for 2 days, we received a very warm welcome from our hosts Shiha and Nigel! Everything was perfect, the house is magnificent, spacious, fresh and finely decorated! We loved Shiha's dishes, excellent cuisine! In one word - Peacefull. The stay was awesome, with the best climate, cleanliness and Great hospitality. The surrounding with the natural water pool was calm and lovely. Thank you for the Uncle who stays there, who will take care of you like a family memeber.

What a beautiful quest house. It is set away from the busy main road and very peaceful. There is a restaurant, which we did not use, so I can't comment, but there was no noise, apart from some soft music,which was quite nice and chilled. The room was very clean, with clean bedding and towels. Staff were very helpful and Friendly. Loved this Lodge. I could have stayed longer just to enjoy the peacefulness. As we are travelling by bicycle, our bikes were very secure for the night.

We loved our stay. It felt like a little treat for us as we have been booking cheaper accomodation. It was right by the lake which was perfect and the breakfast was amazing! Bed was comfortable and we commented that the room and bathroom were very clean. Staff were helpful especially with carrying our bags up the stairs and steep drive!
