Wasee was a great host. He went far and beyond to make our stay memorable. The property is spotless clean and situated in a calm yet walking distance from the Nilaveli beach. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Nice accommodation close to the beach. Perfect place for family with kids. Very quiet place with great clean territory. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, new equipment. Loveliest place to stay at. It was far the nicest we‘ve been during our holiday in Sri Lanka. The hosts are incredibly friendly and supportive. The restaurant is amazing!!! The best food we had in Sri Lanka! If you wanna go to Nilaveli, Nilaveli Beach Rooms should be your first choice.

Absolutely brilliant staff, super helpful and friendly. The setting is beautiful with the beach being pretty much deserted for miles and miles. Rooms were lovely and the food was absolutely outstanding. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Avila Nilaveli Beach. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with excellent air conditioning that made the heat feel like a distant memory. The location is perfect—just a quick 5-minute walk to the beautiful Nilaveli Beach, which was so convenient for daily visits. What really stood out, though, was the flexibility of the staff. They went above and beyond to accommodate our schedule, adjusting breakfast times to fit with our activities. Their attention to detail and willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!
