After a few minor misunderstandings at the beginning, we were warmly welcomed into this little corner of paradise just outside Colombo. Thanks to Chandrika, a truly wonderful host, we immediately felt at home. We are a family of four, and each of us had a perfectly furnished private bedroom — a real comfort during our stay. The apartment is beautifully maintained with great attention to detail. The residence itself is safe, with guards at the entrance, and offers excellent facilities: a beautiful swimming pool and a tennis court, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although slightly outside the city center, tuk-tuks made it easy and convenient to reach everything we needed. Breakfast, prepared daily by Chandrika, was always delicious, generous, and varied — a real highlight of our stay. In short, this place is not only worth trying once, but definitely worth coming back to. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay with family or friends. We stayed for 5 nights. Everything was great and exceptional. All facilities were there as mentioned and there were some more. Newly build apartment located in a quiet area near to Kadawatha highway entrance. Staff is also great with a fantastic service. Overall, this is a very convenient place and a great place to stay and good value for money.

The hosts were wonderful. They are careing and very helpful. There is an information booklet in the house which is very useful. What a wonderful place. We will definately come here. Had a great stay at this place. Actually, the best place to stay while extending your visa:passport office is just 600 m away. It is a nice quite area close to Colombo center. Not on the noisy steer but still close to shops and other facilities. Hot water in the shower, good WiFi. The owner is super friendly and helpful, such a great guy. Highly recommended!
