A wonderful place to stay, the host was very welcoming and friendly with recommendations for restaurants, and he very easily contacted. Check in and check out was very simple and straightforward. The space was immaculately clean and comfortable, with a lovely view of the mountains, and great outdoor space to sit in. There is plenty of parking for a car or two. A little piece of heaven that I highly recommend!

We had a wonderful one night stay at Igor's place. He and his family were incredibly friendly and welcoming and we had a great evening with them. True Macedonian hospitality. The apartment was great, very clean and spacious and more importantly comfortable. There was everything you could need. It was easy to find and the town was very nice. It was a great last evening for us.

Wonderfully renovated 200 years old house in most pictoresque town in Macedonia. Apartment is so wonderfull that it is enough a reason to visit Kratovo. The pictures of apartment is accured and it really is as beautiful as it looks in photos. Kratovo it self is cool little town full of history and beautiful nature. You should go!

Owners were very welcoming. We arrived there pretty late in the evening, both father and son (he's also a local guide) were waiting for us and helped to park and settle in and fed us their locally produced sweet figs in sugar syrup. The view from the balcony was stunning. House itself is 300 years old, very charming in its own way and the owners have in many ways preserved its unikeness and history. We very much enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend it.

Hotel Kratis is located just outside (as in 1 minute walk) historic center which meant no scary driving on narrow streets. Free, gated parking was provided in hotel courtyard. My room was huge, with a lovely view of one of the medieval towers. Area was quiet, bed and pillow comfortable, I slept well. The hotel has an elevator. Cook to order breakfast was included in the price and was delicious. Highly recommend, would stay again.
