Having traveled extensively across the Maldives, I can confidently say that Bageecha Stay is the best guesthouse I have ever experienced. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this was more than just a place to stay—it felt like home, thanks to the incredible hospitality and warm atmosphere created by the host, Ismael, and his exceptional team. Ismael went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my visit was perfect. His attention to detail, deep knowledge of the island, and genuine care for his guests made my stay unforgettable. Whether organizing activities or sharing insights about local life, his passion for hospitality truly shone through. Every meal was a masterpiece, combining fresh local ingredients with remarkable skill and creativity. From mouthwatering Maldivian delicacies to innovative international dishes, each bite was a treat. I can honestly say it was some of the best food I’ve had in the Maldives, and I looked forward to every meal during my stay. The guesthouse itself was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect balance of modern amenities and local charm. Its location on Dharavandhoo is ideal for exploring the stunning beauty of Baa Atoll, from its pristine beaches to the incredible underwater world of Hanifaru Bay. The guest house owner was very pleasant. All requests were handled. I will definitely recommend that Guest house. Note that this is more a hotel, not a guest house as I used to know. It was built specifically for accommodation. Moreover I will recommend that island as well. The people there were very welcoming.

The staff here is amazing! As we arrived we felt very welcome and also during our stay the staff is always happy to have a chat. The excursions are the best part. Also dinner on the beach, candle light, no music just the sound of the ocean: truly unforgettable. The food is also very good.

Everything! We got a nice welcome coconut drink on their outdoor terrace. The owner Ahmed and the whole staff are amazing, they always went out of the way to make our stay perfect, they organized our trips with their boat, they made sure we were the first to come to the spot where the mantas and the whale sharks were and also to the sand bank. We could rent a Gopro and got the videos. We could use the washing machine for free as much as we needed and dry the laundry on their roof terrace. Breakfast was delicious and plenty, also different almost every day, a great combination of Maldivian and western foods, including peanut butter and chocolate spread! They offer complimentary tea and cofee 24 hours, and you can take water bottles from the fridge any time. The room and the ensuite bathroom are spacious and spotlessly clean, it's cleaned every day. The place is small and feels homely. We felt treated like family. If we could, we would rate the guesthouse 15 out of 10! We recommend the place 100% ! Thank you for your amazing work!

The hotel is very well located in front of the beach. The meals are served in one of the best restaurants in town (DFC). I believe the best part was the employees, they were very friendly and attentive solving any requests we had.
