Very beautifully designed with very peaceful ambiance. Rooms are just like in the photos. Staff is very nice and friendly. This is a small hotel which makes it very intimate and comfortable. They have the best cocktails and very good food. Snorkeling at the beach is also very good unlike in huge resorts where they cleared the reefs. Really enjoyed our stay.

The room was nice, spacious and clean with very comfortable bed. I had everything I needed. Location was also great, couple of minutes from bikini beach. And special thanks for my Maldivian breakfast, it was simple but best I had in other accommodations on other islands.

Small quite hotel (I can't call it guesthouse really, cause it's way better) with extremely friendly and helpful owner. His dinners from self-caught fish were absolutely delightful, you definitely want to try them. Location is great, very nice home reef nearby with a lot of corals, fish, stingrays, nurse sharks — great for snorkeling. Also great diving center just opened in the neighboring house, definitely would recommend too. The Island is small and quiet, I almost see no other tourists.

typical Maldivian guest house with chill out laid back style - the staff cannot do enough to please you they are all just amazing. Sandro the housekeeper and Mr Shukur the owner met us off the boat with their luggage trolly and walked us to the property where we were greeted by Sushil the reception manager and Anthony the chef. After a refreshing coconut water we were shown to our lovely room. The food is like Indian, Maldivian, Italian fusion. Anthony is a great chef and again just wants to please with his culinary talent. we had a romantic dinner on the beach for Valentines and the time and effort that Sushil and his team put into making it just perfect blew us away. We will definitely be back

The structure is new and very clean in a perfect position to enjoy your holiday. A few hundred meters from the bikini beach, equipped with free umbrellas and deck chairs, you will find a blue hole where you can snorkel. The indoor and outdoor spaces are well balanced and equipped to make you spend a comfortable holiday, comfortable beds, air conditioning, a safebox and refrigerator in the room, but the real strength of the Ratthei is its staff: a very warm welcome that does not stop on arrival but continues throughout your stay. Nya and Rattha always involve you with pleasant chats and benevolent smiles, the waiters and chefs always ready to satisfy your requests, and then the dear and industrious Bebe who waters the plants every morning and evening, the Uncle who speaks Italian, the Captain who takes you on excursions, and everyone present in the structure, in short, after a few hours you already feel like part of the family and you no longer want to leave. If you want to do water sports you can use the canoes and sup for free. We hope to return soon to visit our new Maldivian friends in this truly special island, where the people are warm and very kind, thanks to everyone for making our holiday unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left they made us feel so welcome and so special. Everyone in the team just wanted to ensure that we had the best time. From the captain/boss Ahmed, to John the host, to Arbi and the waiters, the chef and through to all the guys on the boat. We got to know them all and felt like part of a family. I couldn’t recommend it enough and if we could afford to, we’d go back next week! If you want the bustle of a big resort, then maybe this is not for you, but if you want to be somewhere that celebrates the beauty of nature and all that the Maldives has to offer, with people who love to show that to you, then this is the place for you. We felt like we knew the whole team by the end, they were all so genuine and thoughtful and caring. We’ve seldom had such personal attentive service and we’ve stayed in many places around the world, and they made our 25th anniversary such a special evening. Nice place and nice people work there. It is located at the shark beach, you can also see stingray, parrots, peafowl, many cats. Mostly local people around, I was the only tourist.

We had a fantastic stay in Vaagali Inn guest house! Interior is nice, rooms are clean and fresh. Beach is the best in Vaavu atoll! Snorkeling is amazing! The owner of guesthouse Ibbe is very friendly and helpful. We could not leave island due to Eid holiday, so he gave us 1 night for free. Its so nice!

Amazing location, the hotel could use a little bit of a maintenance but considering the humidity, it’s quite normal. We loved it regardless of small inconveniences but the view from the room made up for it.
