We had an amazing two night stay! The beach in front of the property is gorgeous. There are hammocks in the water, swings, kayaks, paddle boards, and chairs in front of the water. The rooms are amazing and so comfortable with Netflix, air con, mini fridge, shower with hot water, etc. One of the best parts is being able to use the scooters to go all over town which is included. The property is out of the town but by having the scooters, it makes it easy to go into town. The property is super clean and the workers are very nice. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning and includes a sandwich, fruit, and pastry. It's basic but good. You get one coffee pod to make in your room per day which is good. If you want you can purchase more. Each day they also restock your mini fridge with two beers, two waters and two sodas. They also clean your room daily and the property is kept very clean. This was definitely a splurge for us but if you use all of the amenities it can be worth it.

breakfast was good on both the days. there's always scrambled eggs, cheese slices, sliced luncheon meat (deli), oj, coffee, fruit bowl, bread, jam, butter, amazing corn bread, muesli, yogurt and a toaster to toast ur bread. the views are special here and the waters are perfect throughout the day and early night too. not deep at all so safe for everyone. The hotel and the territory was great. We stayed with a 1 yo baby, who enjoyed the garden and the pool. A comfortable crib was also provided. A great breakfast was freshly made every morning. It’s a bit distant from the city, so make sure you have a car. Overall, highly recommended, will do again.

The rooms were beautiful and very large, the lake access was stunning and the overall location amazing. Guillermo was a fantastic host and was so helpful with restaurant recommendations and helping with ordering taxis. We will be back!

Just stunning - an absolute gem just on the outskirts of Bacalar town. Gorgeous place, attentive staff, a haven for relaxation. Be sure to be driving / take a taxi if you want to go to town, however not problematic at all. Room service has no surcharge, which really encourages you to use it - and the dishes are delicious. Picturesque.

What a fantastic accommodation. The owners are super friendly and extremely helpful at all times! They gave us great recommendations on how to access the lake. Modern, bright rooms with a wonderful view of the garden. Bikes are free to use. The breakfast is delicious. Would come back here!

    What a fantastic place. Such good value for money. Brilliant location of you’re looking to stay in the town. We spent a few days directly on the lake before staying here. This was place was way cheaper and we preferred it to our hotel by some distance. Comfy, cosy, clean, safe, air conditioned and also had Netflix which was a nice treat after long days in the sun. So many great restaurants and cafes nearby. Wish we stayed here for the entirety of our time in Bacalar. If you’re on a budget you won’t regret staying here!
