Everything!! What a gem of a place! The hostel is just beautiful and you feel at home. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and the bathroom was great too. Nancy, Nily, Mabel and all the ladies working there are just wonderful!! Wish I could have stayed longer. My favourite hostel ever!! Very sociable, everyone has breakfast together in the morning which is cooked just for you in the kitchen in front of you. It really feels like staying with your family!

When you see the outside, you might wonder what you're getting into, but inside is beautiful, we were quite impressed. We booked in for another 4 days. The Cafe is nice, too bad it's only open for breakfast, the little bar is a nice place to sit and have a drink. We would definitely stay here again! The courtyard is very pretty and a nice spot to sit and read. A short walk to the square.

The property is stunning and so well curated that you can see that care that has gone into it. Every fixture, fitting and decoration has been carefully selected. The location is absolutely perfect and you are on the door step of the entro area. The staff are also amazing and a HUGE thank you to Carlos who made me feel so welcome, he’s an absolute credit to Casa Carmen and in my experiences travelling around Mexico he truly is a memorable individual and refreshing to speak to. I had a wonderful stay at Na Hotel. The property is located on a quiet street in San Cristóbal de las Casas, just a short walk from the city center. My spacious apartment was on the top floor, fully equipped with everything I needed, and offered an incredible panoramic view of the entire city. The owners were absolutely amazing—very welcoming, warm, and friendly, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic stay and I would definitely return!
