The customer service was very responsive, and the refund for the deposit was processed within 24 hours. The view of Lost World Tambun was spectacular, and the washing machine with a dryer function was very convenient. The only inconvenience was that there was only one parking access card provided, despite there being two parking spots. I hope the owner can provide a second access card in the future.

Netflix on the tv, microwave, toaster oven, cutleries, iron & water heater are all available. Location wise, it is quite nearby to famous tourist spots & eateries, although driving is still required. The landlord is very accommodating & provided all the needed information before check-in.

This hostel is new which meant we ended up with a dorm room to ourselves which was great! We arrived early and were able to check in before 12 which was great. The place was clean and tidy and beds were a great size. It was close to all the major places we visited and the staff were very helpful!
