Great staff, super welcoming. Nice and cosy room with view on the garden, it was perfect for a solo traveler. Breakfast was excellent and healthy. Location is very good too, not far from the heart of the city with nice dining options around. I wouldn't hesitate to rent a room there the next time I visit!

The room was really cool! Nice big room with big bed and lovely bathroom with a bath and shower and plenty of room in it. The location is brilliant! It's about 15 minutes walk from the centre but is in its own little area with lots of bars and restaurants and is very close to the canal. I loved walking in and out of the main city as the walk is along a canal in a very pleasant part of the town.

The location was unbelievable. Very Central to lots of restaurants and sights. The room was lovely and had everything we needed and very clean. The host John was very kind and helpful. I would go as far to say, it is the best accommodation I have stayed in.

Splendid apartment, great view of the canal, well equipped and friendly host. Apartment is exactly as beautiful as the pictures (which is not commonly the case 😃) You have all amenities needed at your disposal. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafes and canals right at your doorstep. A short walk from the center, so it's right there but still calm and away from noise. 20 mins walk to Central station. Checkin and checkout is via a digital app, hosts are very helpful (in case you are not very techy). They were so kind to give us a late checkout, on our last day as our train from Amsterdam was late afternoon. Everything that could make your trip memorable.

    The location was great, rooms were clean and suitable for a couple for a longer period if needed. Kitchen had all the necessary items to prepare a meal , plenty of shops for groceries and eating out. The Houten train station was next to the accommodation.

    Excellent location for those who have a car as there is free parking and the train station is right next door with frequent trains into Utrecht. Very well equipped appt. Would definitely book this again.

    When I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the friendly owner. Her hospitality and attentiveness made me feel right at home and she provided helpful recommendations for local sightseeing and dining options. I was treated to a delicious and elaborate spread that catered to all tastes and preferences. From freshly baked pastries and bread to an array of fruits, yoghurt and cereal. The location of this B&B is simply unbeatable; surrounded by picturesque scenery, it provided a serene and peaceful environment.
