The location of the house is absolutely incredible. The view of the sunset and sunrise is very beautiful. The house consists of three beautiful and clean rooms, a kitchen and a sitting room. It was an excellent experience. They also provided us with a wonderful Omani dinner for each person for 5 Omani riyals.

It was trully one of the best accomodation on our travel in Oman. Hamid is very nice guy, who invited us with great dinner. Very clean house, beautiful design, magnificent views from outside. The host is really helpful. I was there only for one night but I wish to stay there for longer and enjoy the peace of the place. Highly recommend.

If you want authentic/traditional experience, this is the place to go- house has everything you need, rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped, there is big terrace and enormous backyard (our kids loved it!). Owner is really super friendly, helpful and available whenever you need him- he also offers guidance to some natural attractions. You can decide for dinner, which is absolutely delicious (traditional flavours, really tasty) and reasonable priced, he brings it to the house- we ordered it every day and was really good! House is situated in a calm place, the views all around are amazing, house is easily reachable, you can park the car in the property, there is cca 30min drive to balcony walk. We really recommend it!

Amazing views in the top of Jabbal Shams. The price is a bit high, but considering you take the whole apartment is quite special. Ideally to travel with friends or with family if you are able to get to the top, which can be done by 4x4.
