Our stay at Cordillera was great. The hotel was clean, modern and the bed was comfortable. The location of the hotel was in a nice quiet area so it wasn’t noisy at night. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We chose to do our hike privately and not with a group tour and Edisson (reception staff) helped us organise the private taxi the day before with no issues. We also left very early one morning at 5am for one of our hikes and the hotel organised a packed lunch for us as we were going to miss breakfast. If you are staying in Huarez, i highly recommend this hotel!

Very welcoming space. Staff are incredible. Paul can speak 7 languages comfortably and gives the best and honest trekking advice. Easy to get washing done. Small but lovely breakfasts. Really loved this place and thought it was good value for money!

I spent about 3 weeks in Huaraz and I stayed here the whole time. The price is great and it includes breakfast, the bed/room/bathroom was always so clean. I was allowed to leave my luggage there whenever I went on multi day hikes. The wifi & hot water was so great, it’s about a 15 minute walk from the centre which I didn’t mind, I liked the part of town it is in, much quieter than the centre. They made me feel so at home, thankyou so much!
