Exceptional! The best accommodation we've had after a month of traveling in the Philippines, and one of the cheapest! Lovely and attentive staff, hot water with good pressure, impeccable cleanliness (10/10), a full set of tableware, a drinking water dispenser, ice cubes, air conditioning, TV, and more... Very nice place. Air conditioning was good. Kitchen and refrigerator is there. The owners are very friendly and always available if you have some questions. Every Sunday there is a big fish and seafood market nearby.

The privacy and the quiet environment. The balcony view is so relaxing, most esp at night. The location is also close to the Golf course that we went and that made the trip for golfing shorter.

I needed a place to stay for one night and it was absolutely perfect for this purpose. Nice staff, clean, good value for the price. Of course it's not quiet next to the main street but it didn't bother me. However, I also have a deep sleep. The host provides earplugs though. I had a room on the 1st floor.

Although in a very ordinary location, the hotel was wonderful, just refurbished and clean and smelled amazing. The aircon worked well. Staff were sensational and helpful and breakfast was great, they have a restaurant onsite, plus a water machine and free tea and coffee in the reception area and free shuttle to airport topped it off. Not in best area to walk at night but grab out not expensive. Minor thing was no hot water but in this heat who needs that?
