I stayed for an overnight with my brother. As i turned the A/C ON twas noisy and the filter is dusty. so I took the A/C filter out to wash and clean.

First, I'd like to thank my hosts, for their warm and genuine hospitality! I really enjoyed my stay. Your apartment is beautiful and spacious. I haven't stayed in such a new, clean, and stylish apartment in a long time. It has a private terrace with a ceiling fan and comfortable seating. Such peace and quiet (no barking dogs, no rooster noise). And a large, clean swimming pool with an artificial waterfall. Don't miss the excellent breakfast. You won't need lunch after that! I had a great stay at Adrian's place and he was also a great host. He's been super helpful from pickup/drop-off, scooter rental, driving me around to giving advice with activities. He and Jen went as far as giving me medecine when I got sick. The house itself was clean and well equipped with good bedding in a peaceful environment. The swimming pool was also a great commodity. I can't recommend enough staying there for a few days

Good location. Snorkeling in Bacong or hitting up Dumaguette's city scene is a 10 - 15 minutes from here. And Valencia is just a stroll away too. The unit is big enough to accomodate us and has already the amenities we needed (esp the mineral water). The staff are great, accomodating and easy to deal with, was happy to suggest about laundry and transport to make everything easy. The surrounding is quiet at night thus giving us a good night sleep.

We had a wonderful stay at Lene’s Condo at Marina Spatial. The unit was impeccably clean and had a modern, cozy feel. It was well-stocked with essentials, including toiletries, drinking water, coffee, and other basic necessities, making our stay even more convenient. The check-in process was seamless, and the owner was incredibly attentive to our needs. What truly stood out was their thoughtfulness—when we accidentally left our son’s toy behind at checkout, they immediately informed us and kept it safe until we could retrieve it. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this place!
