The staff! Ivan and his team are absolutely the best, they will help you with everything they can. The breakfast is very nice and good portions. Also, the best restaurant next door :). We unfortunately had rain for three days, so our URT (which Ivan booked for us with a private van) got cancelled (we of course didn’t have to pay). Luckily there was a smart tv in the room so we could entertain ourselves :). Also, Ivan knew which restaurant we went in the pouring rain and we there got a complementary desert from the hotel, so sweet! Also, very good WiFi and when town was dark because of power outage, the hotel had a good generator!

Easy communication while doing a late check in. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained and the rooms were clean and cozy, and had everything we needed. We found the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was very good too. Highly recommended.
